Do you tip in these situations? Some will be obvious.
If so, how much?

2. The bartender who pours you a beer or glass of wine.
3. The bartender who whips you up a cocktail
4. The barista who pours you a cup of black coffee.
5. The barista who makes you a latte or something similar.
6. Your barber/hair stylist
7. The Jimmy Johns guy who bikes over your order.
8. The person at the register who rings up your to-go order
9. The pizza delivery guy
10. The Taxi/Lyft driver
11. The valet
12. The casino (gaming) dealer

I agree with 4-5& 8, the reason being they are paid hourly above min wage, where servers make $2.50 and hour or so.

Yes to all, but with varying degrees.
For To-go or people performing a 5 second single task, I typically let them keep the change or add $1.
For delivery, actual servers, casino dealers, barbers, etc... I'll legitimately tip according to normal standards.

If you tip a bartender for tacking off a bottle cap our pouring a beer, then why wouldn't you tip a barista?
