Definitely. Eapecially being on the street car line that so many tourists take. It marks a transition to the Downtown area.

Completely false. You can see the Super Dome from angles all over the city.

And people remember Lee Circle because it's a roundabout, a traffic rarity, and not because of the statue of the Traitor of Virginia that's about to come down.
