Drove out there Friday and they have a new sign out front and lights hanging from the trees. Anybody know it they are planning to open up a bar out there on the river ?

all the land around it is for sale so i have no clue what's going on out there. i did see they had their first drowning of the summer a couple weeks ago.

this is at the location where the buses drop you off at the river. Buddy of mine owns the land adjacent to this place.
Fore has been clearing all the trees on his property for at least the last year and a half preparing for ????
