Throwing a bachelor party and need some ideas

Usually this would be an easy thing to do but my friend just started a new job and he really can't request off yet. He's got the day after off so that's good but he's made it pretty clear he doesn't wanna go to Bourbon. I was wondering if any of you might have good ideas or quick tips for ways to change it up.
