I've never heard of it but I googled it and it seems it is just aspirin and caffeine. I know caffeine isn't a water soluble drug which means your bioavailability will be next to nothing if you insuffale it, I have no idea if aspirin is or not, so based on that alone I wouldn't do it because it would be a waste and probably jack up your sinuses.
