I'd make them take a vacation day (if they have it). Otherwise, that's not fair to your other employees. You will be setting a bad precedent.

I'm a police officer and as sad as I am I'm going to work. If I can do my job with a huge target on my back then these ladies can make it in also

My kids daycare is closed today B/c of the shooting, so there's that. Near goodwood and sharp.
