Thought I was gonna have a guy die in my arms tonight

Scary shite. Out having pizza with my two kids when a lady stands up and yells, "is there a doctor or a nurse here". No one responded and then, the next thing you know, older guy at her table keels over in full convulsions. Poor lady and her husband were panicked (he was grandpa).

I get to him and they have no idea what to do. He went perfectly still and was struggling to breath and turning blue right in front of me. I checked his pulse. Nothing(although he was a big guy, so, he may have had a light one I couldn't detect.

We commenced to CPR and suddenly, his eyes opened. Dude looked scared as shite. He still couldn't talk and went back to flailing his arms. They asked him his name and he sort of spat out "George". They asked him who they were.....he had no idea.

Then, suddenly, as quick as he had snapped back, he went dead still again and started turning color again. At about that time, the EMTs showed up.

Not gonna lie. I know most people are scared of death, but I'm irrationally scared of death. It was tough to almost have a guy die right in front of me while I tried to help.
