It's definitely better today. Walking around a bit more. It gets stiff if I sit too long.

Try one of these pillows...
Yes it is actually a pregnancy pillow but I read a ton of reviews where people not pregnant with back issues got one and it helped them a lot. I've had mine for over a month and I don't wake up with back pain like I was before.
