It was way too easy and of course Matt nailed it.

I'm disappointed in Jeopardy. The questions have been shite you would see on Celebrity Jeopardy. Too easy.

Good for Matt, though. Rack up those dollars, bro.

Ash Bergers?

Maybe Jeopardy is running out of questions (or answers, more correctly).

This.

But smart as hell. And he reads the question and the millisecond alex finishes reading the answer he buzzes in. The other contestants get frustrated they cant even buzz in on the ones they know.

That's why lots of contestants use the strategy of just buzzing in regardless of the answer given. They just try to figure it out. It's risky, but less risky in the first round where the questions are pretty obvious.

I saw it. His strategy is working perfectly right now. It was close but he found the daily doubles back to back. It was over then.

I think Trebek makes his interaction with the contestants as awkward as possible on purpose.

I've been to northern Canada too. Did you see beluga whales and polar bears? Awwww yeahhh

He wasn't impressive today but he did get the daily doubles back to back. It's his key to winning.

I don't see this guy breaking the streak. He's awesome, though.

The way he's going, he'll easily break Julia Collins' run of 20. And remember--20 wins is SECOND PLACE behind Ken Jennings. 74 is asking A LOT. I think a lot of people may be rooting against him because he's a disciple of the "Chu Method". And because he seems to have the personality of a celery stalk.

This thread was the equivalent of discussing if someone is going to break DiMaggio's hit streak about 6 games in.

Yeah, it was premature as frick.

74 games is a record that might never be broken.
