You can put in all the work you want to, Vasco, but calves are pretty much genetic. Oh, and go to a stylist while you're at it.

He has small ankles, there's a difference.

It still looks extremely disproportionate. He would looke normal if his arms weren't fricking huge.

His calves are in proportion to the rest of his legs; they may be defined, but they're not terribly big (nor are his legs).

Who cares though...guy seems to put in some work somewhere...that's about 100x more than most people.

I'm 5'10" 200lbs and built kinda like that guy and there's nothing I can do to get big calves either. I think it is genetics. My dad and brother never work out and have good nice sized calves while I must have my moms and grand dads genes with small legs. I run, squat, calve raises, all that crap and they just get more cut.

Yep. It's one area that a ton of work won't necessarily produce size; gotta' be down to genetics at some level.

Everyone's got that spot or two that they have to really hammer to keep it in proportion to the rest of them, but calves seem to ignore that bit for some folks.

Just accept how you are. Stop trying to change something that's completely irrelevant in the long run. This is one of the things about the OT that is ridiculous but will never change.

It's silly of him to flex in the pics, but he has his arm around a pretty lady, he's in a great shape and appears happy. Not a d-bag.

Same struggle here. I squat and DL more than most of my friends as well.

You can't even see his quads hardly . He may have decent legs and just small calves. I have crappy quad size but big calves.
