Yeah, take financial advice from someone who spends $50,000 on a truck.

Its far away from everything but you are surrounded by people at the resort so kinda defeats the purpose of being far away from everything to be away from crowds.

You get what you pay for. $150 down there is OT poor.

yeah, but you don't get that rent money back. in theory you could sell the condo and get money back

only loss would be condo assoc. fees, utilities etc

really depends on how often you go to the beach

But making 85k a year and buying a condo to act like you are a baller is probably a dumb idea.

It's why I've stayed at the Plantation 4 times and would love to own a condo in the main building that faces the tennis courts and beach. Last few times we have stayed in cheaper building(the one that has the store/cafe in it, Connections).

You don't have to rub in our faces how much you make from being an escort.

Don't make fun of KR.

There is quite a market for lonely ladies seeking plus-sized male escorts.

If beach front property is not a main factor I suggest taking a trip down hwy 4. There are several homes on the ICW (InterCoastal Waterway) side for sale and reasonably priced.

Is this some sort of racist get away?

Are you planning on renting it out when not there? I looked into going to Gulf Shores this summer; it looks like most places rent for at least $150/night and it's probably not hard to keep it booked for most of the time. Especially if you go a little cheaper than others.

Why would you buy a place at the Plantation? It is not that nice anymore. Very far away yet still crowded.

In that price range, I'm sure you can find a condo in West Beach Gulf Shores.
