Just stuff used to pack a wound it looks like. Probably came in and lanced to take out infection then packed everything and this is the guys removing the packing and draining again

I have a ton of them and a successful white-collar career to go along with it. They all can be covered by a long sleeve shirt. Nobody at work has a clue they exist.
