I feel for you all with loans. I could have maxed out my tuition at UT 30 years ago (probably on a 5 year graduation plan) and would probably owe under $10,000.
Current tuition rates are a gross injustice due to the amount it has ballooned in the past 15 years. I've put 3 kids through college and have noticed a significant increase from my first kid to the last.

No student loans, thankfully. Graduated decades ago and thankfully Eli Lilly paid for my MBA.
But, social security was a problem long before the student loan debt crisis. Just a FYI.
