Women don't wash their hair every day from what in told. Must be like an every other wash type shampoo.
I don't question women and their products. She doesn't question me about my workout supplements and gear. It's a mutual trade off.

Washing every day strips your scalps natural oils. If you have dry hair/scalp it's healthier for your hair to not wash every day. Its better to go several days if you can without washing it.

Yeah that's what I heard. Oils and such. Same for chicks that straighten their hair too much. Dry hair is no good.

They're not sweating a much a us. I used to always use "clarifying" shampoo and my wife told me that you should only do that so often. I let her handle the toiletry shopping. Too many rules and stuff.

I wear my hair most of the time in a braid for work so it's easy to go several days without washing it.

I wash my hair every day. I just don't use the "oil stripping" shampoo every day. I know many girls don't get it wet every day bc the heat from drying it or straightening it every day is bad. An they don't sweat. I'm pretty sure they can tell when it needs to be washed.
