Picking up is no problem. It's dropping off that is the problem.

These are all good. The only one that would upset me is the enrolling in college (if it's a state institution). I believe education is as close to a fundamental human right as you can get without it actually being fundamental.
It's also why the library card one kind of gets my goat as well.

Most of them are only good in theory. You can buy beer without an ID if the cashier is lazy or you look clearly over 40. You can drive without an ID as long as you don't get pulled over. You can buy a gun from a private owner.
