Sweet Tea
It never did taste good. All you need for good tea is tea and ice. Anything else (at least anything non-alcoholic) just fricks it up. Go ahead and down vote away everyone, I don't care. It's iced tea. It's not fricking Kool-Aid. You're not supposed to drown it in sugar.

Couldn't have said it better myself. What do they say about those apples?

IIRC there have been three big oil changes. One was roughly 1990. Then 2 more at about 10-year intervals.
maybe they should re-think changing out the oil only once a decade

Bottle Caps candy.
These were so delicious as a kid. My favorite Halloween candy was Bottle Caps. Root beer flavor was so good. As an adult, they’re so disappointing.

They’re still good, but not nearly as good as they were when the filling was primarily lard and sugar.

Get you a Mexican Coca-Cola. They still use the original recipe with cocaine instead of corn syrup.

Wendy’s used to have those very odd crumbling patties which I thought were great. Now it’s those burnt hockey pucks

That sounds terrible.
Especially compared to hydrogenated vegetable oil and high fructose corn syrup.

Anyone remember these from the 80s? They had fruit flavored powder in them. The K&B Drug Store by my house sold them.
