To much at stake for China not to side with SK.

Yonhap now claiming that DPRK has deployed 20 hovercraft to the yellow sea border, earlier in day gov officials said earlier report untrue.

With NK's military might, I read that as 20 hoverounds. I can only imagine 20 malnourished North Korean's singing that song as they ride up to the the yellow sea.

NO info and over 30 hrs plus arms building on both sides.. I wouldn't think NK is dumb enough to kill diplomats during peace talks but who knows. Tinfoil hat / off

North and South Korea have reached agreement today after more than two days of talks to end a stand-off involving an exchange of artillery fire that had pushed tensions between the rivals to a recent high, South Korea's Yonhap news agency has said.

Ok so DPRK will Express regret over land mine incident but does this give them wiggle room in future to say not involved only regret

From Nathan Hunt twitter:

quote:

DPRK while saying regret in talks, later says "South would be better off learning a lesson to not fabricate provocations from the North"

As soon as speakers are off and military presence is relaxed, N Korea goes back to the tough talk. What are the odds the speakers are turned back on since regret is back to fabrication.
