Thick layer of tar on the tread of all my wheels

So they decided to work on the road in my neighborhood and leave fricking tar out instead of putting a layer of asphalt on top and i drove into it unknowingly as i made a left turn into the neighborhood
anyone know the best way to get this shite off

the best thing for cleaning tar off of your car is wd40.
wd40 melts tar n contact, it also softens glue films and doesn't remove wax or hurt your paint at all. after cleaning the tar off, you follow up with glass cleaner to remove the oil film on the surface
if you are talking about your tires, take em off the car and use gasoline and stiff scrub brush and you can scrub it off pretty easy and clean with soap and water after
