There Are 64 Terms That Describe Gender Identity & Expression

After seeing the demisexual threat I was curious as to all the different terms people can be identified as and to my surprise there are 64 of them. 
This link has all 64 listed. The first is AFAB which are people assigned both genders (im not sure if it means people born with both sex parts or if its just people who personally identify as both a male and female).
