Depends on the occupation of the said female.
Most I have come across that are hands arent anything to worry about. The engineers and contractor (non labor) can be a different story. They know how to use what they have to get what they want.

A buddy of mine got divorced after he started fooling around with the plant nurse. He married her, only to get divorced a few years later when she got caught being railed by two guys in a late-night threesome at the plant. I guess she thought it was good 'til the last drop.

fwiw, your husband needs to be aware however, that no matter how filthy the women talk or act, he has to keep it clean when around them...I have seen a number of times where men start thinking of women as just one of the guys and up pops a sexual harrassment complaint and the guys get fired....
not fair at all, but it is just the society that we have built...
