is apparently whether or not your local Wal-Mart locks up its condoms, only accessible when the pharmacy is open.
I didn't even know this was a thing. Is thugs stealing condoms a big deal???
I have no idea where to go now when I need condoms at 2 am. Not that this has happened in....years...OK, a decade...but still, you never know.
