I am assuming the O-T Lounge with its different demographics may have a slightly different view and am curious to see what you guys think.

In your honest opinion, does Trump have a chance of becoming the next POTUS? Does he beat Hillary in November?

That same board thinks Obama is an illegal alien and a Muslim. Trump doesn't stand a chance unless HRC is indicted. If I voted it would be Stein or Johnson

The OT is more likely to be the people who plan to vote Libertarian and then forget when election day is.

Haha. I was downvoted for telling a statistical fact. He has a 50% chance of winning. Either he will win or he won't.

The board also thinks his Cinco de Mayo "I Love Mexicans" tweet will get him the Hispanic vote.. despite him saying they were mostly rapists and drugists... and that a lot of his supporters supported that comment. So he loves a group of people he himself claimed were mostly rapists and drugists.

Does he have a chance? Yeah.

But the way I see it: All Democrats will vote for their candidate. Most Republicans will vote for Trump (but some will defect). I have a hard time seeing large numbers of blacks, women, Hispanics, and Independents voting for Trump.

Either you're retarded or you're not. It's 50/50. Statistical fact.

Hillary has the greater chance, but this election season is weird as all shite.

I don't know what Sanders will do when he loses the nomination. If he runs third party, that can really shake things up.

Also, I don't know what Bernie supporters will do.

There are a lot of variables at play right now.

This election is less of a sure fire thing for Hillary than the previous one was for Obama.

I mean if all things were considered equal yeah. When 'Bama plays GSU in football does GSU have a 50/50 chance? Hell no.

And like I said in my first post, I think Trump (obviously) has plenty of support. I guess my point is just because there are only 2 possible results does not automatically make it 50/50.

Unfortunately HRC hit the jackpot by running against Trump and will win.

Bernie would probably be the best of the three, but he won't get the nomination unless something crazy happens.

I just can't see Trump being POTUS. But it would be a good I dicator as to just how far this country has fallen, that he's going to be the nominee for a major party.

This is far and away the most fricked up Presidential election in my lifetime.

The only shot Trump has is if Sanders goes third party and splits the Dems, but he would get a lot of independent and Rep votes too I think.

Hilary v Trump is like choosing between puking and diarrhea.

People keep claiming that the Republicans are showing how awful they are, but the Democrats are going to nominate Hillary Clinton, who is arguably more immoral and less ethical than Trump.

Progressives try their best to ignore that fact, but it is completely true.

The nominees by both parties already show how far we've fallen.

1. A blowhard, narcissistic douchebag.

2. An unethical, narcissistic power hungry arse.

Which is Clinton and which is Trump?

By far the biggest indictment on Trump IMO.

There are a large chunk of people who think the people who currently support the most socialistic major candidate in the history of this country will switch their alliance to a supposed conservative. I mean wtf is going on, and how can that POSSIBLY be considered a good thing for Trump's candidacy as a conservative??

Oh I agree about Hilarity Clinton.

I just think the White House would need to be disinfected after Trump left.

Both choice suck arse. I refuse to believe that Trump is the best man for the job in this country.

But the general public is so fed up with Washington's bullshite that nominating Trump feels like it is just a big frick You from the voters. Which normally ID be in favor of, if it didn't mean that HC would have a cake walk to the Oval Office.

The only good thing is that DC is so dysfunctional that neither of them should be able to do too much damage in 4 years.

The fact that seemingly otherwise intelligent people believe this is mind-blowing.
