That used to be THE night to go. The line to get in was easily a hundred yards long in the 80s. Lots of longnecks. Lots of fights. Lots of stabbings. Lots of herp passed around (Only gay people had AIDS back then, and they didn't go there... 
).
I could go with $40, 2 packs of Marlboro Reds, and a want to find a LP girl with daddy issues. On that $40, I could get drunk as shite, play a few games of pool upstairs, find an LP girl with daddy issues, and still have enough $ to buy breakfast at Shoney's and another pack of smokes on the way back to some lonely LP trailer...
