This situation is the pinnacle of this woman's existence. Her types work out incessantly (most have body dysmporphia) so that one time they can wear that one whore dress to a wedding, party, etc. They thrive off the attention. See: roided out dudes at the lake.

There's a difference between being fit and working out so much that you have masculine features. Looking like that is not normal or attractive for a woman. She probably had to take steroids or some other type of injections.
