How exactly do they "make residents miserable"?
They take far less parking space than the F20 extended cabs you usually see southern trash driving to the beach. If they have plates and go the speed limit (like the ones around where I;m at), who cares?

Not many trucks here at all. Maybe one in 20 will have a truck and that might be generous. And the golf cart people most assuredly do not drive close to the speed limit. They are driving around with no sense of purpose. Like they're joyriding. And there will be 8 cars behind them

got so bad in my neighborhood that we had the police start patrolling and writing tickets...
I really have no problem with them on neighborhood streets if it is daylight and they are being driven as you would a car...however, the number of 10 year olds playing on them like go-carts got to be a real hazard, so it had to be stopped...
