Rumor is the numbers are a bloodbath this year. Will Southern surprise? Will LSU beat Tulane? Will boosiebadazz become boosiebadpass?

doesn't LSU always beat Tulane?

Having graduated from Tulane, I know firsthand why that is--I took like 2 civil law courses and would've surely flagged or at least only conditioned the La bar had i taken it. A lot of people who took zero civil law course stay in state and try to cram it all in.

Look for about 40% to 45% to pass. Maybe.

To those who pass welcome to the game, if you didn't get it next time (after a good two week binge).

i hate to agree but i do. a large % of fully employed/busy lawyers working right now--even including more senior attorneys--are doing a lot of make-work crap that is part of a dying model.

then add in the under/unemployed attorneys, even from top-tier schools with good resumes, and it's clear we do not need a bunch of new lawyers.

Make no mistake, there is plenty of grist in the rumor mill this year. I've got my bets on 35% pass.
