We're talking about a mass shooting event here. Where it's chaotic and there's many people running around. I guarantee you that among that crowd someone could have tackled this guy and disarmed him.

Tell me more about how you would have instantly grasped what was going on in a crowded club, where many have said they thought the gunshots were part of the music, gone against the crowd and confusion of mass hysteria it creates, and disarmed the shooter without him taking you out first.

If you were unfortunate enough to be near the shooter, you are likely out of the picture before you even know what is going on. If you are on the other side of the club, you'd have to cross a lot of distance and people to get to him. Seems likely

Okay but the guy can't point a gun at 300+ people at the same time. Again, I know it's incredibly different to actually be in the situation and I can completely understand why many would run and hide, but he did have to reload, he couldn't look 360 degrees at once, shite throw some bottles at him.

Yes, there are lot of people on here that are capable of ending this shooter. That's my whole point....if we all start taking action....future mass shootings will not have total kills that these sickos seek.

What is so incomprehensible about what I described to you? If more people were aware of the type of action I described, maybe there wouldn't be 49 people dead in that club. I'm sorry that you'd rather hide and die instead of choosing to fight back.
It's your kind that choose not to save lives and fight back that makes mass shootings like this a possibility.

I'm better than the victims? What the flying frick are you talking about? I'm in the interests of saving lives, not comparing myself to people in very unfortunate situations. I'm not insulting them or their actions but the simple fact is that if someone or a group of people would have rushed the gunman, not as many people would have been killed or injured.
I simply do not understand why you have become so angered with my proposed idea of neutralizing an immediate threat through basic fighting tactics.

The victims didn't do anything where you, being better and more badass than those nancies, would have immediately read the situation and disarmed the shooter.
