All these dummies have to do is hire a for-profit to manage it for a fee. They would cut costs probably 35%, and increase quality 100%, especially in Monroe. Having the "for profit" attitude among the managers of depts is the only way a hospital can survive. They expect people that have NO EXPERIENCE in running an efficient business to all the sudden know how. And my dept is still 50% overstaffed. They started with stupid and ended with stupid.

This suit was initiated by Willis Knighton who is orchestrating the coup d'tat against the BRF.
Willis is quietly spreading the wealth around to oust BRF too as seen here: LINK

The truth of the matter is an orchestrated coordination here by some in Baton Rouge to move LSU-S medical school back to Baton Rouge and these lawsuits and moves will further this goal.
Willis-Knighton has 75% of the commercially insured business in northwestern Louisiana and if they took over these hospitals their marketshare would increase to 90%. FTC will come in and blow this entire thing up because this move is a monopolistic move. The destruction of the Sport Medical school is a distant memory because its all about gaining more insurance marketshare by WK.
