I have Uverse because that is the only internet provider in my hood. I've heard nothing but bad things about Comcast. I've been without cable tv for 3 years now and like it that way.

The problem isn't Comcast, Cox, or AT&T Uverse. The problem is your local government who sets up these monopolies, I mean franchises, so they can extort, I mean charge franchise fees which are passed on to the consumer. The local government screws you by preventing competition and you elected the person who is screwing you.

Go ahead, complain about the service providers, here in Baton Rouge, Kip is laughing his arse off. In your city, the person laughing has a different name but he/she is still laughing and isn't employed by any of the three companies mentioned at the beginning of this post.
