I doubt it. It's bizarrely complicated and I think I may have just proved that what they wanted is too convoluted to ever be pitched to the stake holders.
I basically back engineered a pressure vessel design calculation using textbook equations instead of Code, since the vessels aren't stamped. Trying to get the state holders to buy off on engineering margin instead of our PEs absorbing that risk. Presenting required thicknesses for nozzles relative to margin, without using Code equations, is fairly complex. Maybe I can get better with the compiler, MathCad, to hide some of the details though.
