The 50 State "Most Distinctive" Death Map. Of course La. has to be syphillis.

I think we should organize the ritual murder of 15 posters so that next year it will say "Message board-motivated ritual murder".

No. It's not a map of the #1 cause of death. It's a map of whatever cause of death in a particular state is much higher than it is in any other state.
More people die of syphillis in LA than any other state.
