I uncovered old termite damage from the previous owners when I took drywall off for the flood. I need to get the beams redone before I can put drywall back up.

Anyone know anybody that's resonably priced that does good work?

I've only gotten one contractor so far to actually give me pricing for flood repair but that wasn't even to fix the termite damage and it was atrocious. So I am trying to take a new approach and just find someone to fix the beams then find someone else to put up drywall.

If you know if anyone please pass along the info.

Sorry for your problems, know how it feels.
Replacing the studs and plates usually isn't a big deal.
Some rockers can do it easily, good luck and give feed
back for others.
