Tell me about the "magical powers" of Kyani

I have friends on Facebook who keep posting about the "magical healing powers" of this thing called "Kyani".
They're also getting $200-300 "bonus" checks every week or so.
Apparently they also give out cars like it's no big deal.
Is it like Advocare? Anyone a rep?
