xlyobands, they were cool, I hadn't seen anything like that before. Was actually conceived for a Cold play concert in 2013.
I looked them up after the show. They handed them out by floor or seats, so that at some points the "pit" or field was one color and the seats were another. They could also fade them and strobe them at will.
