Supposedly this girl went to the guys house to fool around, maybe not " go all the way" but to fool around. Things get hot and heave and she never says no and they just progress to sex. After the girl gets back home she now realizes that this guy and his friends will brag about the encounter and she will be labeled as the school slut. So she makes up this rape story to save her image. Rape is Rape and if that happened then he should get his dick cut off but guys know all to well I girl will come up with something to save her image every time.

You should call the police and relay your hypothetical. I've never seen this brought to the table before in a rape accusation.

I'm glad I had boys. If this happened to my daughter or son for that matter they would find this fricker in the woods tied to a tree skinned like a catfish.
