Both were taken to the office and the Sheriff's Office was contacted. The girl made a statement to a deputy detailing her actions.
The deputy arrested the girl, who is from Kenner, and booked her with sexual battery. Authorities arrested the girl, who is legally considered an adult, because of the boy's age, Fortunato said. State law defines the crime as sexual contact that, although consensual, occurs with a person under 15.
Authorities did not take the boy into custody and he is not facing any criminal charges, Fortunato said. The girl was being held at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center on a $25,000 bond.

failure to say no to sex deemed criminal.
there will likely be some sex based comments I'd guess. if the aggressive party were a younger girl and the recipient of the oral sex were an older boy then I think the boy would be arrested as well. i'm mostly just surprised the girl was in this case.
