Taylor Swift Takes the Stand In The "arse Grab" Case

And apparently she's got quite the attitude...don't blame her though

In addition, Swift repeatedly peppered her responses with dry comeback lines.
Looking at the photo, McFarland asked Swift why the front of her skirt did not appear to be lifted.
"Because my arse is located in the back of my body," Swift said.
McFarland also noted that Swift was closer to Melcher than Mueller in the photo.
"Yes, she did not have her hand on my arse," Swift replied.

ETA Although I do find it pretty hard to believe that his hand is up her skirt....I mean the dress isn't showing any sign of that whatsoever....and his arm doesn't look low enough to be inside the dress and let it drape normally..but what the hell do I know.

If he was taking a pic with some random waitress from Hooters, maybe no big deal. I dunno what made him think Taylor fricking Swift would be OK with that. She has the power, money, and reportedly bad attitude to make him miserable for life.
