I've seen her in person in Nashville from like 30 feet away (as have tens of thousands of people before she moved), and while she's a cute chick, she's far from "hot".

No way would she be smiling if he went under her skirt.
If she alledged he grabbed her arse, then the guy is shite out of luck. But if she actually said he went under her skirt, he may be entitled to some cash because he clearly didn't do that in this picture. (unless there's more evidence)

Hottest famous person I've seen here that lives here is EASILY Carrie Underwood. Was a couple booths over from her and Captain Fisher at fricking Paradise Park a few years ago. They stayed for maybe 5 minutes and people trying to take selfies with them got out of control and they left.

I don't think it is impossible to lift a woman's skirt from the rear instead of the side. And it would not necessarily affect the side of the skirt. Try it with your SO. Certainly I cannot think of any innocent reason for him to have his hand back there. I don't think he was trying to scratch her back.

It's very possible to put your hand against someone's arse in a skirt and touch bare arse. I agree that if his entire hand was shoved up her skirt that you could see it on the sides, but he can easily still be touching it with part of his hand
