Looks like she got some bolt-ons. I wonder if she ordered an arse to go with them.
She's always had 3 knocks on her:
mouse face
no boobs
no arse
Her face filled out as she got older and with all of the makeup, she now looks pretty good.
Those obvious bolt-ons (or the greatest pushup bra of all time) have fixed the second issue.
If she remedies the last one, she goes from an OT 7.5 to approaching OT 9+ status pretty fast.

It was so strange, like in 2010, someone in fashion decided that these were acceptable again. It was a sad moment for male-kind. High-waisted shorts/pants/skirts/ect are NOT hot, and certainly NEVER hotter than a low-waisted version of the same clothing item.

She went from a skinny homely faced girl who wears too much makeup to a skinny homely face girl who wears to much makeup with fake tits. If that is a 9 in your book cool, not my cup of tea. That being said I have done farrrr worse.

Leggings/yoga pants are fine. Not as good as a normal waisted pair, but the high waist on those doesn't really change much.
Those high waisted jean shorts and bikini bottoms are fricking horrible though.

Umm did you forget the fact that she's worth hundreds of millions and will possibly be known as a top 10 musician/ entertainer of all time? There maybe hotter chicks, but those things kinda help her out.
She also donated a cool $1mil to the flood relief which I'm not local but as far as I know that's one of the biggest if not the biggest single donation?
