re: Tales from the School Bus

In middle school, someone threw a brick through one of the windows, hitting a girl on the head and causing a good-sized gash. Ambulance and police all came out. As far as I know they never caught the guy; it was a group of three and they hauled arse.

In high school, someone opened up the road safety kit that was stored in the back and lit one of the road flares. The driver had to pull over and get us all out of the bus. The kid got suspended.

Also in middle school, we had one old bastard driver who hit countless cones and barrels along Jefferson Highway when they were doing construction to make it four lanes. He also took out a few mailboxes, too.
