Just had a student try to whisper something from the test to Siri on her Apple Watch. The younger generation is passing me by quickly. I would have never thought of that being a possible way to cheat.

I just had a teacher tell me that they make their students take off their watches before tests. Just crazy!

Well, I did tell her she could give me her watch, phone, and purse to keep at the front of the room if she wanted a chance to finish the test and not be reported for cheating. She took the offer.

I cheated on a mythology online course. It was an elective.
Thing is the professor deserved it as the test questions and answers were the same as the practice quizzes. It was an online course. I noticed it within a week or so into the semester. Just opened up all of the practice quizzes in multiple tabs with the test being the first tab and just Ctrl+F that motherfricker.
Easiest A of my life. I probably spent like no more than 2 hours all semester of sitting at the computer to get that A.
I took the final in bed in my underwear.
If you're going to make it that ridiculously easy for your students to cheat, you absolutely deserve it.

As once a student, I despised this kind of final. The math department was notorious for this and you would have portions of your final graded by someone who never saw your face the 4 months you were in the class.

Yeah I made the whole final and will grade it. I think it’s a CYA thing with the department since it’s a remedial class and we get lots of students with disabilities.
I’ve never given a final in a composition course.
