T Mobile is a nightmare

I switched to T Mobile a few months back and have slowly but surely lost my texting, email and internet capabilities. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 9 not 5g.
Customer service no help,sucks. Not ready to get a new phone yet, but feel like I am being forced into doing that.

Yes, told me that they could give me a $30 credit on my account and would put in a request for crediting the last 3 months. Said they would call me back to confirm within 48 hrs,that was 3 weeks ago.

Tmobile's coverage sucks. Left them in 2018 and couldn't be happier.

I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon about a month ago because Verizon's coverage is supposed to be the best in this part of the country.

My bill pretty much doubled and I'm probably getting 10x as many spam calls as I did with T-Mobile. But other than those two things, it's been a great move.

your phone has been unsupported by Samsung for multiple years now. It hasn't a had security patch in a long time. It's time for a new phone.

I've had tmobile for a while now and have no complaints. Started with sprint before the buyout.

I will say customer service is way worse than before the merger but is what it is.

I had similar issues over the summer. Apparently they were supposed to send me a new sim card, but they didn't. All the tards at customer service kept giving me the you must upgrade phones bullshite... but i opted to keep my phone and upgrade providers.

Just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, they allegedly have coverage everywhere I go and their price with 5 lines is $200 cheaper per month.

I just assume that people that hate att are idiots that dont know how to use their phone because I’ve had att since it was Cingular in like 2000 and have never had a problem.

Love T-Mobile! Nothing but positive experiences with them. Switched over three years ago from the worst company on Earth, AT&T.

Maybe it’s your shitty phone.

Me as well, but I do think the nickname "T-Maybe" is funny. I switched in 2013-ish from Verizon when the coverage was still spotty in SLC comparatively. After the first year or two no complaints. Their customer service has always beed good for me as well the few times I've had any issues.
