There's literally no way Taylor Swift could do something like this and it remain a secret.
I watched the video and thought it was great. Clearly she put some huge effort into getting to know and shop for her fans. I may not be a fan of her music but she's a genuine person and in the world of celebrities dominated by women like Miley Cyrus and other female pop singers like her, Swift stands out.

I generally agree with this sentiment, even though she posted it online, it does appear she made an effort to do some nice things, handwritten notes and all. It's a nice touch.
