gotta love a system that helps the criminals more than the victims. why do we still abide by the 120 day rule?

So we just hold people in jail with no charge based upon prior charges for which they have already served their time? Yea, that's not fricked up or anything.
The D.A. admits they don't have enough evidence to even CHARGE him with a crime, let alone convict him.
