Great pics Ball Coach and thanks for the post. Wife and kids rode the narrow gauge railway but the darn thing on that day kept breaking down. Had my 1 year old with me who did really well, just that he was tired out so we took the bus back to Durango. Heard the whistle of the train passing by the motel about 10;00 that night . Glad we took the bus. Did you see the chuckwagon cook out at the Bar D just outside of Durango. Always had a good time there. Good luck on the new job and wish you all the best.

Breaking down? Dang that sounds rough. We only rode up and took the truck back. I was with family and some had already been on the train so they scooped us up.
I missed the cook, what side of town? I will look for it next time.
