Medical record review for lawsuits. She can contract directly with a lawyer's office or work for a larger company that provides medical record reviews and summaries for large/class action cases.

There are companies that contract people out for this but she can also advertise in the local bar journals and contact the local bar association for referrals.

Well she is very attractive but very modest so while she COULD pull that off, I doubt she does, but thanks for the idea...

The only real options is to use her degree. My sister, an RN, teaches for the University of Phoenix. She has a masters in nursing, though.
