Anyone have a source recommendation such as Rock Auto et al? Looking for best deals for general auto parts such as starters, fuel pump, etc.

Rock Auto, but make sure it's exactly the part you want because return shipping is on your dime.

In all of my years of fixing broken stuff, I think I've found only 2 things cheaper somewhere other than rockauto

As crazy as it sounds, Amazon. Good prices (on par with Rock Auto), free shipping if you're a prime member.

Or

I haven't had much of a problem finding the right part. I guess I could understand it if you don't know how to work drop-down menus though

Has zero to do with the drop down menu and more to do with a vague description and picture that may or may not be accurate.

Nothing like able to see the part in your hand, like I said if you KNOW it's correct is a non-issue.

Policy must have changed. They used to email me a shipping label

The descriptions for everything I've ordered for multiple vehicles are pretty self-explanatory. Only once did I have to check a VIN and that was for a coil pack
