Yep. The article didn't use her name, but did give the name of her college and the fact that she just got back from Trinidad and Tobago. That's a decent amount of starting info to track her down.

Assuming she wasn't some mule with a change of heart and/or didn't keep some of the coke, she should be pretty safe.
After all, what's the point in going after her? Was she supposed to put an ad on Craigslist asking whoever accidentally put a bunch of coke in her luggage overseas to call her?
Seems the guy that put the drugs there and didn't retrieve them is the one that should be sleeping with one eye open.
