It's making a hissing sound while driving so I'm pretty sure it's this issue. Any of you guys know any fixes for this?

Getting it unstuck would be my guess.

Draining the brake fluid would be the only way to unstick it

What type of vehicle...?

Sure your pads don't need to be replaced...?

Easy fix... Brake calipers are cheap...

Be careful driving...you could have a bad cylinder.

Spray WD-40 on everything within a foot of it. Speed up to qualifying time, then test for stickiness.

The caliper itself does next to nothing other than house the piston(s) that push the pads, and provide a place for the pads to sit against the rotor.

If the car stops, but makes noise when you hit the brakes, overwhelming odds are you need to replace the pads.

The noise goes away when I apply the brakes.

You need new pads...

There's a device on the pads, when they need replacing, will rub the rotor making a "hissing" sound, which will stop when the brakes are applied..

I guess the caliper itself could be loose.

You need new pads. It stops when you hit the brakes because they press against the rotor. If you wait to long to change them, you will end up having to have your rotors turned or replaced. From the sound, you may already be at the point of at least needing them turned.

And they are easy to replace nowadays.

Get the "gold" series, though. It's worth the price for the upgrade.

That's true but some newer cars require a tool to release pressure that you can borrow at an auto parts store. If you don't know the shade tree block of wood and c-clamp way lol

I have a huge set of channel loc pliers that work great for this.

and don't forget to open the brake fluid reservoir...

and a small stool comes in handy to place the caliper on..

Do all pads make noise when they need to be replaced or just certain vehicles?

I got over 100k on a set of pads and still haven't had to replace them. I remember on older cars having to change them much more often.
