Metro Council banned them like 10-15 years ago with the exception of the 5 that were in business. Those are the only licenses that can exist.

No. I think there are still 5.
The other 4 being along FL blvd or into NBR. I just remember a few years ago one of them wanted to move down the street and it required a bunch of legal mess.
